Let North Star Allstars make your next birthday party unforgettable! When you book with us, you’ll get full access to our gym floors, bounce house, freshly cleaned ball pit, and tumble trak — all in a fun and safe environment that kids love! Each party includes a 3-hour time slot, which covers: - 30 minutes to set up - 2 hours of party fun - 30 minutes to clean up This gives you everything you need for a smooth and exciting celebration. Please Remember: - We do not provide decorations for the party room — feel free to bring your own! - Setup time starts at the beginning of your booking. Cancellation Policy

By booking a party with North Star Allstars, you agree to the following terms: Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. This deposit guarantees your time slot and is not transferable or refundable for any reason, including cancellations or no-shows. Payment The remaining party balance must be paid in full at the start of the party to the assigned Party Coordinator. We accept cash or card at the facility. Time Slot Your party includes a 3-hour reservation, broken down as follows: 30 minutes for setup 2 hours for party activities 30 minutes for cleanup You may not access the facility prior to your scheduled start time. Please do not have guests arrive at your start time, as setup will still be in progress. We recommend guests arrive 15–20 minutes after your scheduled start time to ensure the space is ready. General Policies The person booking the party is responsible for all guests and ensuring adherence to gym rules. Additional fees may apply for extra time or damages. North Star Allstars reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in case of facility emergencies or unsafe weather conditions, in accordance with local laws and business practices.
